At Traditions Year-Round Holiday Store, we want your seasonal decor to bring joy to your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all ornaments, collectibles, and holiday displays are returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer boxes with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
